Investment Enterprises Inc.was formed in August 1988 as a Texas corporation,it is the parent company for American Homes, HomeCo and sold thousands of homes over the past 22 years. The corporate office for Investment Enterprises Inc. is located in Rockwall,Texas. We sold and installed our first modular home in 2000. Please check us out with the BBB we are very proud of maintaining the highest rating "A+".This rating reflects our commitment to customer service before, during and after the sale of your new home. Our modular division is designed to bring site built quality, or better, to the modular process. Regarding our installation Process: No home will be sold without evaluating the property location. This helps protect against unforeseen costs and time delays. Modular homes can generally be completed in less than 60 days from the date the loan is closed.
