ENGINEERING:

Modular homes plans  are required and reviewed by third party engineers,  to meet all standards set forth in the IRB (International Residential Building code.) prior to any construction of the Home. Certified Engineers make required inspections during construction to make sure all requirements are met.
Quality control and attention to detail far exceeds the ability of a contractor in the field.  Full time quality control people are in place in the factory any time there is construction going on. We invite you to tour the factories, mater a fact we encourage our customers to take a tour.  We believe when you see the quality that will go into modular home you will insist on modular.

SITE EVALUATION:

COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION:

We have engineers inspect the foundations to make sure they follow the plans engineered for your home.
Certified inspectors inspect the setting of the home on the foundation.
Proper installation of home.
Proper connections are used in setting home.
Supervisor will do walk thru with customer prior to customer moving in.
